Khloe Kardashian And Tristan Thompson Split Again!

Image
(Photo credit: USMagazine) I can't even with these two. Just when they recently got back together and were showing their "fake" love on upcoming new Keeping Up With The Kardashians episodes, they've broken up yet again. Sources just a few weeks ago confirmed the pair were back together only to find out today that they've broken up again due to cheating rumors (take a wild guess who the cheater was). According to In Touch, Khloe Kardashian has unfollowed Tristan on Instagram which is today's way of letting the world know you've called it quits. Khloe has done this before when things have gone south with Thompson and she knows perfectly well people will notice.  As of now, it's unsure who the mystery woman is, or if it has to do with the rumors about Larsa Pippen. Pippen who was married to NBA great Scottie Pippen recently said the following in a podcast interview:  "I'm the most honest perso

How To Bring My Liver Enzymes Down Fast

If you've ever had to get a blood test knowing you're already unhealthy it can be really scary. A year ago I got a physical to see where I was at in all areas. My cholesterol was fine, blood count normal, but my liver enzymes were through the roof. Like, scary through the roof. So I talked to my doctor and was given a list of foods and drinks that will help bring my enzymes down along with a healthy diet.  Coffee Studies show that coffee can lower ALT levels which is great news for those of us who love our cup of  Joe. A 2013 study showed that individuals who had hepatitis C and drank coffee every day had 3 times the likelihood of normal ALT levels compared to those who didn't. Other studies in 2018 suggest that you should aim for 2-4 cups of coffee to reduce the risk of cancer and liver damage.  Exercise It's no surprise that exercise is on the list. Exercise is not only good for weight loss, it's valuable to your internal organs such as your heart, lungs, and live

Mo'Nique's Shocking Weight Loss

Image
At 50 years old, actress and comedian Mo'Nique lost over 100 pounds. Weighing 300 pounds at her highest, she now weighs an astonishing 198 lbs. On her Instagram story, Mo'Nique said "Since I was 17 years old, I've always weighed 200 pounds. Today was the first time in my adult life that I've been under 200 pounds." She shot down rumors that she had gastric bypass surgery, crediting her results to good old-fashioned hard work. She didn't use meal services or the advice of weight-loss gurus. She did it on her own with healthy eating, regular exercise, and accountability.  Mo'Nique went on to say to TV One "I had to do it for my husband and my children and get out of my own way. Those moments when you feel like you can't go any further and you can!" She also stated "You can eat and still drop this weight. It's called raw food. It's called dancing your pounds off. It's called giving yourself

Aguilera just signed a deal with the Jay-Z founded label Roc Nation. Which I'm sure, has a lot to do with her brand new transformation. Christina lost an impressive 40 pounds in just three months. Back in 2008, she became pregnant with ex-husband Jordan Bratman. After giving birth she went through the normal ups and downs most women go through with weight. That didn't get her down though even at her highest weight. She once told Marie Claire in an interview "I don't weigh myself. What looks good on one person might not look good on another body type. I happen to be very confident in my own skin. It takes time to get to that place. But, it's all about embracing yourself and your body type." At first, she subscribed to a meal service from The Fresh Diet. On this diet, you are only allowed to tak

(Photo credit: Practo.com) Suffering from gastritis can be extremely uncomfortable. It feels like a dull or sharp pain in your abdomen area. Some people also show signs of nausea, bloating, indigestion, vomiting, and loss of appetite. There are several culprits that can heighten gastritis symptoms including; alcohol, smoking, soda, caffeinated drinks, foods high in fat, and acidic fruits like lemons, grapefruit, and oranges.  I was recently diagnosed with gastritis due to my excessive alcohol consumption. I would wake up with pain in my stomach and uncomfortable bloating that would last all day long. I hated the feeling as I felt like I had gained 15 pounds overnight. My doctor recommended certain foods to avoid and which ones to implement in my diet. After following these rules, I noticed a change and little to no pain in a matter of two days. It's important to note that the time it takes to heal depends on the severity of
