The woman who ages backwards stuck to a serious and disciplined workout and diet regimen to prepare for her upcoming role in the movie Hustlers. I can't remember the last time JLo didn't have six pack abs, but in this film they're noticeably more svelte. Her personal trainer Dodd Romero shared with OprahMag.com her exact diet and workout routine. Lopez typically works out five times per week depending on her schedule, and works one body part per day.
