You simply follow the diet to a T for 3 days and then have 3 days off. You'll continue this cycle every week until you obtain your goal weight. The great thing about the Military Diet is if you have special dietary needs such as you're vegan, lactose intolerant, etc., you can make adjustments. The Military Diet is very successful for those who follow it and stick with it. However, it is easy to gain the weight back when going off the diet if you go back to bad habits.
