So what is dry brushing? Dry brushing can take your skin to a whole other level of smoothness and wrinkle-free. It's also known to stimulate lymphatic drainage increasing blood flow to the face and body. Dry brushing isn't complicated, it's exactly as it sounds. You take a coarse brush and gently use it against your skin.
