What Is Dry Brushing?

So what is dry brushing? Dry brushing can take your skin to a whole other level of smoothness and wrinkle-free. It's also known to stimulate lymphatic drainage increasing blood flow to the face and body. Dry brushing isn't complicated, it's exactly as it sounds. You take a coarse brush and gently use it against your skin. It will help remove dead skin cells and flush out toxins from the body.  Dermatologist Melissa Kanchanapoomi Levin from New York told SELF magazine "gently brushing the skin is a form of physical exfoliation, meaning it can slough away dead skin, leaving it smoother.
