Benefits Of HIIT Yoga Fusion

Unfortunately, most HIIT workouts include sprints or burpees which can be uncomfortably hard and demotivating to want to get started. Typically people who don't do yoga might think it's only restorative and not a form of "real" exercise. However, that simply isn't true. Yoga provides several payoffs including upper and lower body strength, and toning of the butt and thigh muscles.  Physical aspects aside, yoga can also reduce migraine headaches, lower back pain, less sleepless nights, and better sex. HIIT yoga prevents joint damage and pain associated with regular HIIT workouts. Most HIIT yoga fusion workouts implement plyometric exercises such as jump lunges with your sun salutations to blast calories. Be expected to do the work if you want to burn f

Are You Allowed To Cheat On Keto?

The keto diet was arguably the most popular diet of 2020. Heck, even I tried it and am still following the diet now. I think one of the most asked questions on any diet is "can I have a cheat day?" The same questions goes for the keto diet. Having a cheat on the keto diet is a double-edged sword. Let's get into why a cheat works for many low-fat diets and why it may or may not work for keto.  Dieting And Cheat Days Or Cheat Meals The theory behind having cheat days or cheat meals on diets is that you're likely to stick with it. I think the terms speak for themselves. A cheat day is when you can eat whatever you want all day long. A cheat meal is a single high-fat or high-calorie meal either breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Having a planned cheat day or cheat meal can help you feel like you're not depriving yourself of your favorite foods. It also can help you work harder during the week knowing that you have your day to indulge coming up.  I personally don't ever

The 3-Day Military Diet, Does It Work?

Image
(Credit: Facebook @TheMilitarydiet) The 3-day Military Diet lasts obviously, 3 days and claims you can lose 10 pounds in one week. You simply follow the diet to a T for 3 days and then have 3 days off. You'll continue this cycle every week until you obtain your goal weight. The great thing about the Military Diet is if you have special dietary needs such as you're vegan, lactose intolerant, etc., you can make adjustments. The Military Diet is very successful for those who follow it and stick with it. However, it is easy to gain the weight back when going off the diet if you go back to bad habits. Just like with any "fad" diet, you want to slowly introduce those foods you used to love that aren't that great for you. The Military Diet has nothing to do with the military except for the fact it was named that due to its strictness. It's a low-calorie regimen where you consume no more than 1400 calories during those first 3 days. You're not required to workout

Juvederm Voluma XC Is It Worth It? With Photos

Image
I recently had Juvederm Voluma XC performed and wanted to share my experience. I've had Juvederm Voluma twice before in the past but this was the first time I tried Voluma XC. Juvederm Voluma only lasts up to 6 months and mine seemed to disappear so much quicker. After turning 40, I started noticing more droopiness to my cheeks. I naturally have high cheekbones so this was making me feel self-conscious. I decided to take my Medspa up on their current deal and booked Juvederm Voluma XC with my botox appointment. You need two syringes when using cheek filler according to most, and I certainly have always used two. The cost varies from spa to spa and city to city, but mine was $950 per syringe in California. I was a little hesitant to spend $1900 on my cheeks, but they told me it lasts up to 2 years so I felt better. I get regular botox, so it's not painful for me at all, it feels the same. She numbed my cheeks with a little lidocaine and began injecting high up on my cheek bones

Are The Real Housewives Still Filming?

If you're a Real Housewives fan, you might be freaking out wondering if they've halted filming. No need to worry, they currently are filming except the shows will look a little different. Andy Cohen confirmed they had to halt production of RHOC due to Shannon and her family catching COVID. Good news for RHONY fans is that they have filmed the reunion in person. Everyone just had to follow safety precautions and sit 6 feet apart.  Andy told Bravotv.com  The   RHONY   reunion host went on to share some of the protocols put in place during filming. "Well, this reunion is unlike anything we've ever done before. I wish you could see the setup. You'll see it soon enough," Andy said. "All protocols being observed. Masks at the ready. Hand sanitizer next to my apple." This is great news for me as I would love to see an in-person reunion for RHOBH. I think most of us are waiting for the Dennis Richards and Brandi showdown and I'm ready for the receipts.
