I'm currently on a serious diet kick after this recent 4th of July weekend. It feels like I've been drinking every day since and I'm feeling the physical pains. I don't do the liver cleanses that you find all over the internet. I like to eat, and there are ways you can do that while detoxing your liver. The methods I follow below give me instant glowing skin within days. The worst feeling when you've been drinking excessively for awhile is to look in the mirror and see that puffy, red alcoholic looking face. When I follow this way of life, I notice my skin looks healthy again even tanner and my eyes are brighter. I look less bloated and the pains I was feeling in my stomach have subsided. Look, I'm not saying I'm going to quit drinking forever even though I probably should. My goal is to try to go at least 6 months so we shall see.
