She spilled her weight loss secrets to Bravo Look Book stating "I'll tell you how to get rid of it, diet, diet, diet, diet! I broke two ribs and I couldn't exercise for a couple of weeks. That's when I lost the bulk of my weight." After her weight loss, Shannon felt she needed to refresh her face due to her sagging skin. She sought the help of plastic surgeon Dr. Brian Reagan who performed a procedure that's not your typical facelift.  The FaceTite Procedure   The traditional facelift requires usually requires surgery and local anesthesia. It's nothing new that most of the world either is or wants to live a healthy lifestyle. Today, with the threat of the Coronavirus, this is difficult for most who are stuck at home surrounded by temptation with nowhere to hide. If you've ever wondered what the holistic approach is or what holistic living means you've come to the right place. Vanderpump Rules Becoming Too Fake To Watch

Image
Vanderpump Rules is one of the highest rated shows on the Bravo Network bringing in close to 1.3 million viewers so far this season. I've watched the show since day one and it doesn't disappoint on the drama or laughs. Who could forget the infamous FOMO Hurts, But Tequila Can Help video . However, so far this season, it seems like there's a lot more acting and following a script than in the past. For one, I know a lot of people including myself who have been to SUR and NONE of them are ever in there and definitely not working. When Vanderpump was asked in the past about that she said that when they are filming they are working. So let's just admit right there it's not far fetched to assume this show is scripted. Also, almost all of them are aspiring actors and comedians. Here's my take on the original characters this season: Scheana - More full of herself than usual, more whorish than usual, and that voice ugh. Kristen - She's always been an after

(Photo Credit: Starmagazine.com) After baby number three was born, Jessica Simpson, 39, admitted to tipping the scales at 240 lbs. She became motivated and determined to start living a healthier lifestyle and stripping away the added weight. With the help of her longtime trainer Harley Pasternak , Jessica Simpson lost 100 pounds without the gym. Like most mothers in Jessica's shoes, it was difficult for her because she had given birth three times in just 10 years. With the help of Pasternak, Jessica was able to shed 100 lbs in 6 months without having to enter a gym right away by following a holistic approach. Jess was never a fan of radical or fad diets she had to do in the past. No one could forget her amazing figure in the movie Dukes of Hazzard where she showed a physique she had never achieved before. However, that was a grueling diet and workout regimen that is close to impossible to maintain. For years now, Jessica has been a strong advocate for stepping her way into we

How to do Intermittent Fasting

Intermittent fasting is used in a lot of new and old diet programs and restricts that amount of time you're allowed to eat. Studies show that there are a number of health benefits to intermittent fasting whether you're doing it for religious or health reasons. When we fast, our bodies begin changing hormone levels and jump-start cellular repair to access stored body fat quicker. This process causes a decrease in insulin levels and an increase in human growth hormone to help facilitate fat burning. By reducing insulin resistance, you lower your risk of type 2 diabetes. It can also reduce oxidative stress and inflammation. Oxidative stress and inflammation in the body causes chronic diseases and aging. The part about intermittent fasting that becomes confusing is knowing when to eat and when not to eat.  The 16/8 Method This method I've found works best for me. With this method, you would eat during an 8 hour window and fast every day for 16 hours (including while y
