What To Eat For A Bigger Butt

It can be super frustrating and discouraging to train hard for months to see little to no results. The reality is, no matter how hard you train you won't see results unless your muscle building nutrition is on point. You must consume enough calories with a protein focus. When you work out regularly you are constantly fighting to hold on to that muscle. If you exercise too much without refueling, you will likely see your glutes shrink as you get skinnier.  The staples of your diet for glute gains will be eggs, chicken, fish, nuts, seeds, hummus, and tofu. Your meals should always be a combination of healthy calories and whole feeds. This means lots of vegetables and lean proteins that are known to increase muscle mass. Eggs and spinach are at the top of the list as they are known to increase muscle mass as well as aid in performance. Trending Celebrity "Fox Eye Lift"

If you look at the pictures above, you can pretty much see the similarities in the after photos of each. The pictures are of Bella Hadid, Kendall Jenner, Megan Fox, and Ariana Grande. They've all allegedly undergone canthoplasty surgery or the trending "fox eye lift." This procedure creates the aesthetically pleasing almond-shaped or cat-eye look. Canthoplasty is minimally-invasive and repositions and lifts the corners of the eyes.

Should You Get Fox Eye Lift Surgery?

Canthoplasty can benefit those with drooping lower eyelids. It can give you a more uplifted and high desirable almond shape. Please note this procedure should only be performed by a board certified plastic surgeon. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and attractiveness varies from culture to culture. However, cat eyes is a known feature that is considered beautiful universally. Drooping eye corners can make one look sad, tired, and angry. The fox eye lift adds a more youthful, sexiness to your look. There are several procedures that can give you the "cat eye" look. The procedure usually takes up to 2 hours and the effects are permanent. Depending on where you live and experience of the surgeon, the fox eye lift can cost from $3,500-$5,000.

PDO threading: I personally had this done one year ago and love it. It's super non-invasive, and the results get better and better as the months go on. It naturally lifted my eyebrows and the corner of my eyes giving a more awake and fox eye appearance. It was only $750.00 and lasts up to a year and a half. I plan to do the lower half of my face within the next year or two. I highly recommend PDO threads. You can read more about it here

Blepharoplasty: Another procedure I also had done for my hooded eyes. My dr. cut a small portion of my upper eyelids to show more of a crease. In removing the excess skin, it lifted the corners of my eyes and is more permanent of all the procedures. I paid $1,500.00 for blepharoplasty.

Temporal lift:  Often using Botox or other injectable fillers, a temporal lift raises your eyebrows to tighten the skin around the eyes. Instead of lifting your eyebrows at the arch, it lifts the outside corners. There is no downtime and results typically last 6-12 months.
