What To Eat For A Bigger Butt

It can be super frustrating and discouraging to train hard for months to see little to no results. The reality is, no matter how hard you train you won't see results unless your muscle building nutrition is on point. You must consume enough calories with a protein focus. When you work out regularly you are constantly fighting to hold on to that muscle. If you exercise too much without refueling, you will likely see your glutes shrink as you get skinnier.  The staples of your diet for glute gains will be eggs, chicken, fish, nuts, seeds, hummus, and tofu. Your meals should always be a combination of healthy calories and whole feeds. This means lots of vegetables and lean proteins that are known to increase muscle mass. Eggs and spinach are at the top of the list as they are known to increase muscle mass as well as aid in performance. Quick And Easy Keto Bread

Since I started the keto diet, one of the hardest sacrifices like many was bread. I used to eat an English muffin every morning with eggs. My husband and son are not keto and are carb fanatics, so making dinner is even harder! It's impossible for me to find a loaf of keto bread at my grocery store that tastes good. This one actually does. This quick and easy keto bread recipe is a no-brainer and only takes 90 seconds to make. You can use it for toast, sandwiches, or as a replacement for an English muffin. I like to experiment with different microwave safe vessels so I can use this keto bread in various ways. I promise you this keto bread kicks ass!

For this recipe, I'm using a circle-shaped ramekin to make a breakfast sammy. You can choose to use a small square shaped vessel for grilled cheese or french toast. When it's finished you can eat it as is or I like to toast it. I'll spread a little butter on the slices and put them face down in a skillet for a few minutes (I highly recommend this).

Ingredients

* 3 tablespoons Almond Flour - Any type works best, I use my store brand.

* 1 Egg

* 1/2 tablespoons baking powder

* 1 tablespoon butter, melted

* Salt

* 1/4 cup of shredded cheese (optional)

You can also use garlic salt, garlic powder, onion powder, whatever seasonings you prefer.

Place all of the ingredients in your vessel of choice or a small bowl and whisk together. You'll notice it will get thick very quickly.

Place in the microwave and cook for 90 seconds. When it comes out it should look similar to this. Let it cool for just a minute. Using a small spatula, gently remove the keto bread and cut it in half.

That's it! You can eat it as is, or toast it as I mentioned before. I made a keto eggs benedict, topping the toasted keto bread with a tomato slice, Canadian ham, and a fried egg so delicious!
