Unfortunately, most HIIT workouts include sprints or burpees which can be uncomfortably hard and demotivating to want to get started. Typically people who don't do yoga might think it's only restorative and not a form of "real" exercise. However, that simply isn't true. Yoga provides several payoffs including upper and lower body strength, and toning of the butt and thigh muscles.  Physical aspects aside, yoga can also reduce migraine headaches, lower back pain, less sleepless nights, and better sex. • Frown lines
  • Uneven skin tone or dark spots
  • Crows feet around the eyes
  • Sagging eyelid skin
  • Scars
  • Skin tightening
  • Vascular lesions
Types Of Laser Facial Treatments

Ablative Laser Treatments

These treatments improve skin texture and tone and reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
Ablative later treatments also target scars, warts, and age spots.  You can expect a downtime of about 1 week with redness lingering for up to 2 weeks. Experts claim that ablative treatments are the most effective of all lasers and require the fewest number of treatments to see significant results.

Non-Ablative Laser Treatments

Non-ablative lasers or fractional lasers treat dark spots, freckles, melasma, and other forms of discoloration of the skin. These lasers penetrate the epidermis in a non-invasive way resulting in shorter downtimes compared to ablative laser treatments. Non-ablative lasers are best used for the decolletage, neck, hands, and fine lines of the face. The downside is, patients typically will require several treatments to see desired results. Immediately after the treatment, patients can experience mild discoloration, the appearance of a sunburn, and mild swelling for up to a week.

Intense Pulsed Light (IPL)

Intense Pulsed Light or IPL treatments help reduce redness and improve color balance. It's ideal for those who suffer from rosacea, redness, acne scars, sun spots, and age spots. IPL can eliminate broken blood vessels or spider veins by up to 75%. Similar to non-ablative laser treatments, IPL requires several treatments to see significant results with little to no downtime.
