Liver Purifier Detox Juice

Ingredients:
1/2 beet
3 celery stalks
2 carrots
1/2 cucumber
2 stalks of swiss chard or 1 handful of spinach
1 handful of dandelion roots or parsley
Juice from 1 medium lemon
How To Make It
1. Place all of the ingredients (except the lemon juice) in a blender or juicer and blend until smooth.
2. Squeeze in the lemon juice and stir. Pour into a glass and serve!
