If you're a Real Housewives fan, you might be freaking out wondering if they've halted filming. No need to worry, they currently are filming except the shows will look a little different. Andy Cohen confirmed they had to halt production of RHOC due to Shannon and her family catching COVID. Good news for RHONY fans is that they have filmed the reunion in person. Everyone just had to follow safety precautions and sit 6 feet apart.
Andy told Bravotv.com The RHONY reunion host went on to share some of the protocols put in place during filming. "Well, this reunion is unlike anything we've ever done before. I wish you could see the setup. You'll see it soon enough," Andy said. "All protocols being observed. Masks at the ready. Hand sanitizer next to my apple."
This is great news for me as I would love to see an in-person reunion for RHOBH. I think most of us are waiting for the Dennis Richards and Brandi showdown and I'm ready for the receipts.
In the meantime, Andy Cohen is partnering with Stella Artois for the "Hotel Artois At Home" virtual experience. The idea is "guests" get to experience 5-star treatment courtesy of celebrities including Cohen from their couch at home. Eva Longoria is set to design the menu and cook you up a dish handed down from her mom. Liev Schreiber will take care of making the wake-up calls, and Andy will spill all the tea at the bar. They claim Andy will take questions one-on-one with the guests. While this sounds like a fun (yet kinda cheesy) idea. I have a feeling it's going to come with a 5-star price tag.
