Khloe Kardashian's Exact Diet and Workout


Khloe Kardashian has had her ups and downs when it comes to her weight. However, once she started her show Revenge Body and you see how she looks now, it seems she's mastered the art of diet and fitness. Over recent years, Khloe has completely transformed herself and feels that it's more important to be fit and healthy than focus on being skinny. According to her nutritionist Philip Goglia, here is what Khloe eats daily to stay in such great shape.

The Diet

We all know the Kardashian's lead busy lifestyle's, and Goglia took immediate notice that it was causing them to put their career over their health. He helped Khloe make a complete lifestyle change and put her nutrition first. She now eats seven small meals per day to keep her metabolism in check. Each meal contains a combo of fruits, vegetables, protein, and healthy fats.

Breakfast

Khloe usually begins her mornings with a whey protein shake that contains fruit and almond butter such as this one. A few times per week she will eat organic oatmeal or have an egg and a slice of whole grain toast. Throughout the day she drinks a ton of water but will have a cup of coffee or tea with breakfast. Her mid-morning snack is a piece of fruit.

Lunch

For lunch it's all about protein which is a 4 ounce piece of chicken, vegetables, and spinach salad. Or, she'll have a cup of cottage cheese, five saltine crackers, and a hard boiled egg. Her afternoon snack is typically almonds with tomatoes or celery and peanut butter. A few hours before dinner she has another snack such as a fried egg with broccoli and fruit.

Dinner

For dinner, Khloe eats sea bass or three ounces of grass-fed beef or chicken. Seafood is an excellent choice for Khloe as her last meal says Goglia. Fish is anti-inflammatory and helps release growth hormones and promote sleep. Alongside her protein is a cup of green beans and either a half of a banana or a small apple. She allows herself one cup of vanilla ice cream after dinner.


The Workout

Khloe is a maniac in the gym and never slacks off no matter how tired she is. She trains with celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterso (also who got Jennifer Lopez in tip top shape see her diet and workout here) and does cardio on Monday only and intense full body workouts Tuesday through Sunday. Gunnar typically has Khloe jog in place, perform dead lifts and jumping jacks during each session. She does lunge jumps, boxing and a lot of metabolic circuit training. Most of her training is done using dumbbells and the bosu balls.
